Do you know how some people change your life forever in a positive way? Well....an extraordinarily beautiful person inside and out, it truly is a miracle that I found Lee Ann. I am a professional artist, makeup artist and cosmetic tattoo (permanent makeup) artist. I wanted permanent makeup that looked natural, yet brightened up my face.
