**Do you know how some people change your life forever in a positive way? Well....an extraordinarily beautiful person inside and out, it truly is a miracle that I found Lee Ann. I am a professional artist, makeup artist and cosmetic tattoo (permanent makeup) artist. I wanted permanent makeup that looked natural, yet brightened up my face. In fact, she did my brows, my eyeliner top and bottom, a lip fill and liner, and we immediately went out after the procedures and to Manhattan the next day...no pain, no swelling, I was completely visually healed in 7 days...go see!!!!!

**Unique Talent: I had known Lee Ann Bolinger for 4 years before having my eye brows done. Not that I didn't trust her talent because I had seen many women she had done and many she had had to fix as a result of other "mistakes" done by other PMU artists. It was something I didn't think I needed, until I did it and I think WOW everytime I look in the mirror. I am glad that I knew her and her work. Had I not, I might be one of the "mistakes" of others. Permanent means "permanent" and hopefully you will do the extensive research before you decide PMU is for you. She truly has a unique talent. It isn't something that a "machine" of any kind can imitate. The hand method is a talent. Sure, you can learn "the trade" from others, but learning and having natural talent are 2 different things. I now have my eyebrows and eyeliner done and am so pleased to wake up in the morning looking great and feeling great. **As someone who loves any activity that promotes sweating, keeping makeup looking good has always been a problem. After a friend had gotten her eyeliner done, I knew I had to have it.
